Cody and Gracyn Timm met in high school over a decade ago in their hometown in Illinois. After rekindling their romance and getting married in Indianapolis in 2020, the two started to dream of the future. A prayer for their own family, a fulfilling purpose, and just maybe, a business of their own.
Growing up in construction and home-building, Cody always had a talent for building things. After success in the Medical Sales business field for five years, Cody longed for fulfillment and passion in his career. Putting together the knowledge he’d gathered from the business world and what he’d learned growing up helped the dream of Timm + Co Homes come to life.
Gracyn has always had a creative eye and natural gift for design, both in the home and through marketing. After years of helping friends and family style and design their spaces, she found her true passion and inspiration in her first home. Through renovating their home and personalizing the space for them and their twin daughters, Cody and Gracyn realized they were a winning combination, so a build + design team was born.
